Shipping and Delivery
Anchor Stone toy building block sets (Anker Steinbaukasten) are, well, stone, and stones are very dense and heavy! Nearly every package weighs more than five pounds so air shipments are quite expensive.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours and orders placed before noon EST USA may ship the same day. For orders where all items are available from stock, your total delivery time is:
(Processing Time) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
Please note that shipping time is measured in business days.
Free Shipping over $249:
Receive free economy ground shipping when your order total is over $249 – after any discounts or promotions are applied. Sales tax, if applicable, does not count towards free shipping. Some oversize or heavy items do not qualify for free shipping and are marked accordingly in your shopping cart.
International Orders:
We can ship internationally to most countries. Please be advised that because of the weight of Anchor Stone building block sets and the requirement to package them securely, international shipping is very expensive.
Customs and Taxes:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied by your country. These charges cannot be figured by euroSource. Contact your local customs office for further information and rates. You are responsible for all duties and taxes. Please note that processing by customs in your country can delay your delivery by a week or more.
Customs forms for all international orders list the package contents and the value of the order.

*This service is a guaranteed delivery service from time of shipment to delivery. Remediation for late deliveries is limited to the amount paid for shipping.
When some items on an order are not available from stock, the order is held until all items can be shipped together unless requested otherwise. Orders with split shipping require additional shipping charges.
Process, ship, and total time is calculated in business days (Monday through Friday.)
Certain oversize items are shipped by an alternative means and require an extra shipping charge because of the size and weight.
Warranties and Claims:
euroSource makes every effort to package your purchase securely for safe transit and arrival. Your order is insured during shipment. Any claims must be brought to the office of the shipping company. Warranties on some items may not be honored outside of the United States.
Errors in Shipping Addresses:
Reshipping packages returned because of address errors will be charged the actual shipping fee regardless of qualification for free shipping.
